The problem with always being fair and reasonable is that it can come to bite you on the backside.
It’s a really annoying problem frankly- I mean you end up in situations where you really want to go insane but no one will take you seriously.
I’m at the point that being fair and reasonable hasn’t worked so it’s time to open a can of whoop tooshy I think.
